Racing Green MTB In Action

So how is Racing Green MTB actually out in the world working to accomplish its mission?  End of the day Racing Green MTB wants to get more people out riding their bikes.  This provides a twofold benefit, one is less greenhouse gas emissions because people are riding, not driving (environmental sustainability); two all the new riders we create reap health benefits (personal sustainability).  Will Racing Green MTB solve all the problems of the world by biking? No, but we might make a few people have a little bit better slice.

Check back over the next few weeks to catch up with us and see what we've got planned within our community.
Racing Green MTB
Mission

Racing Green MTB is dedicated to empowering people to create a more sustainable lifestyle, both globally (environmentally) and personally (health), through the bicycle.  Through community outreach and mountain bike race participation Racing Green MTB is committed to increasing knowledge about sustainability.  Through cycling and awareness related to other lifestyle choices Racing Green MTB will work to increase awareness about environmental sustainability by providing practical measures to reduce individual impact and increase awareness about personal sustainability and help individuals create a more sustainable health filled personal lifestyle.

So what does this mean?  It means Racing Green MTB wants to help motivate people to ride their bikes, learn how to protect the environment and help improve their health.  Now let's get out and ride.
Racing Green is in the process of trying to find a location to host our event on June 15.  Unfortunately our sponsor, SouthEnders has suspended operations at least temporarily.  We will continue to try to find a host location to help people prepare for Bike to Work Day on June 25th.

Please check back as we hope to have details within the week.
